upcoming nyucd events

The European Immersion in Implant Dentistry is a two-year program for professional dentists with at least three to five years of clinical experience; prior experience in implant dentistry is not required. The course is located in the historic city of Prague and is designed for European clinicians interested in expanding their knowledge of implant procedures. The course provides a unique opportunity for practitioners to continue their education and broaden their clinical skill set through interactive courses instructed by NYU College of Dentistry faculty members and experts in the field of implant dentistry, without ever leaving Europe.

The course takes place eight weekends a year for two years. Fridays are dedicated to didactic courses (Didactic 101-102-103) and attended by residents and other participants. Saturdays and Sundays are dedicated for clinical time (Clinic I ⅈ Clinical 101-102-103) and attended by the residents only.

The course covers the fundamentals of dental implant biology, surgical and prosthetic aspects. Participants will gain knowledge in diagnosis, treatment planning and the clinical treatment of implant cases.
