Admissions Application Process

Step One

Apply online.

  • Non-refundable $75 Application fee is required
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • Official final transcripts
  • 500 word personal statement
  • ECE required for all International applicants (High School and College)

Fee waivers for the Dental Hygiene Program application are granted if you meet one of the criteria below. To request an application fee waiver, please submit a request using this form. You must upload one of the document types below on the form.

  • SAT/ACT Fee Waiver
  • High School Counselor's Fee Waiver Request
  • Financial Hardship: Copy of your Student Aid Report (SAR)
  • US Military Members/US Veterans: Copy of your military ID

If you have been out of school and do not have an SAR, you may send a copy of your most recent tax return, form 1040. Please include all pages of the tax form.

We will notify you via email once your request for an application fee waiver has been approved. The email will contain a fee waiver code you can use to submit this application.

Step 2

Qualified applicants are invited for an interview.

Interviews may be conducted via Zoom for international applicants or via telephone.

Step Three

Admissions decision notifications.

Applicants will receive a notification of their admissions decision within two weeks from the date of their interview.
