Research Interests / Professional Overview

Research focusing on Oral Health-Related Quality of Life (OHRQoL), patient-reported outcomes (PRO), psychometrics, and measurement issues; scale development and assessment; child abuse prevention; addiction; clinical trials in neuro-social-behavior-sciences, etc. Teach Scientific Writing, Clinical Trials, Biostatistics, and Survey to dental, medical, graduate, and professional students. Serve on editorial board as the Statistical, Section, and Associate Editor for three journals. Consulting on measurement/psychometrics and statistics.
