NYU Dentistry Leadership Track

The NYU Dentistry Leadership Track offers comprehensive and interactive workshops designed to explore personal strengths, think critically about leading others and develop techniques to facilitate interpersonal collaboration.

The guiding model for the Leadership Track is character-based leadership, which focuses on the cultivation of leadership habits that promote human flourishing within groups and organizations of any size, scope, and purpose. Toward this aim, the Leadership Track provides participants the opportunity to explore personal strengths, think critically about how to lead others, develop techniques to facilitate interpersonal collaboration, and proactively envision and articulate contributing impactfully toward shaping the future of oral health care and the dentistry profession.
